Account Eligibility and Registration Requirements
To open and maintain an account with bk61, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform. bk61 reserves the right to request documentation to verify your eligibility at any point.

- You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registrations made on behalf of another person or by a legal entity are not permitted.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.
- You may not hold more than one active account on the bk61 platform at any time.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of bk61.
Identity Verification (KYC)
bk61 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before a withdrawal is processed or at any time bk61 deems necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Account Suspension and Closure
bk61 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that a breach of these Terms has occurred, if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, if required to do so for responsible gaming reasons, or if continued operation of the account presents a regulatory or reputational risk. In cases of voluntary account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable charges) will be returned to the player's registered payment method following successful identity verification.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing Terms

Deposit Requirements
All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to a third party are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation. bk61 does not accept cash deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction within the platform.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to successful KYC verification. bk61 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and may be subject to verification requirements. bk61 reserves the right to refuse a withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.
Currency
All transactions on the bk61 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the player and will be subject to the exchange rates applied by the player's payment provider at the time of transaction. bk61 does not assume responsibility for any currency conversion losses.
Dormant Account Policy
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. bk61 reserves the right to apply an inactivity maintenance fee to dormant accounts, which will be deducted from the account balance on a monthly basis, provided that the account balance is sufficient. Players will be notified before any fee is applied. Any remaining balance after the account balance reaches zero will be forfeited.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
bk61 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms associated with each offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out below. Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Any bonus funds remaining after the validity period expires will be removed from the account automatically.
Bonus Abuse
bk61 monitors bonus usage and reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel pending withdrawals, and suspend or permanently close accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is abusing bonus offers. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, placing bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk ("bonus hunting" or "bonus whoring"), and providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are available to eligible players only. New player welcome bonuses are available to first-time registrants only.
- bk61 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Only one bonus may be active on a player account at any given time unless otherwise specified in the promotion details.
- In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or calculation, the decision of bk61 management is final and binding.

Age Restriction

Self-Exclusion Tools

Self-exclusion periods are available for defined durations. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and access to the platform will be blocked. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open a new account during the exclusion period; any such account opened will be closed and associated funds may be forfeited.
Deposit Limits
Players may set voluntary deposit limits on their account to help manage their spending. Deposit limits can be set on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. A request to reduce a deposit limit will take effect immediately. A request to increase a deposit limit will be subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect, to give the player time for reflection. bk61 encourages all players to use these tools proactively as part of a healthy gaming routine.
Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play Policy
bk61 is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bk61 platform. Violation of these rules may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

- Using or attempting to use any software, algorithm, robot, script, or automated system to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotions.
- Using the platform for any money laundering activity, including cycling deposits and withdrawals without genuine gaming activity.
- Opening multiple accounts for any reason, including to circumvent a self-exclusion, claim duplicate bonuses, or evade account restrictions.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to bk61 at any stage, including during registration, KYC verification, or support interactions.
- Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards bk61 staff or other players, including through the platform's chat or support channels.
bk61 takes all reports of prohibited conduct seriously. Players who believe they have witnessed prohibited conduct by another player are encouraged to report it to bk61 support. All reports will be investigated confidentially and appropriate action will be taken where a violation is confirmed.
Platform Content, Intellectual Property, and Permitted Use
All content, materials, software, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed on or accessible through the bk61 platform are the exclusive property of bk61 or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the bk61 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of bk61.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bk61 platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes, subject to full compliance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to scrape data, reverse engineer any part of the platform, or access the platform through automated means. bk61 reserves the right to revoke this licence at any time in the event of a breach of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
The bk61 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk61 disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. bk61 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Planned maintenance, unplanned outages, and third-party provider interruptions may affect platform availability from time to time.
bk61 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of gaming sessions, even if bk61 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by bk61's negligence to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.
Amendments to Terms and Governing Principles
bk61 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bk61 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice, which may include notification via email to your registered address, a prominent notice on the platform homepage, or both. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting bk61 support.
These Terms shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of fair dealing and reasonable commercial practice. bk61 operates as a platform serving the Bangladesh market. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform that cannot be resolved through bk61's internal complaints process should be directed to bk61 support for escalation. bk61 is committed to resolving disputes fairly, transparently, and in a timely manner.
